Our "Meat and Potato" opening was a huge success. New faces, new ideas, new fried foods I never would have imagined. Because I didn't get to thank them at the event, I just want to toast my co-conspirator Ashley Teplin who brought all the meat elements together and spent countless hours getting our potato video looped. You Rock Ash!
